Sir and mam
I am writing to complain about a fraudulent transaction that occurred on my Flipkart account with order number not received a suspicious in facebook link claiming to be from Flipkart offering vivo v50 smartphone 649. I placed order with in time. Payment method done online. After payment I didn't receive any further details regarding my order. When clicked link in facebook it's automatically give flipkart home page and show offering.
I paid rs 649/- on phone pay last evening SS attached. Flipkart send those link in facebook after payment no details given till now.

I'll contact flipkart yesterday they are not communicate with me and so call educated mam call dropped. Call recording attached


Respected sir/mam kindly help me with this fraud effect on my account and and I want my money back as soon as possible do the needful.
