I am writing to register a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable service negligence concerning my Ola S1 Pro Gen 1, which has been in OLA Service Center custody since March 5 under Ticket #11808152.

Despite holding my vehicle for over 80 days, service center has provided zero communication, and my repeated service calls have been completely ignored. To make matters worse, due to OLA staff's sheer negligence, my vehicle was parked illegally on public roads while in their custody. This resulted in an Motor Vehicles Department (MVD) fine of Rs. 500, which I was forced to pay under duress.
I am appalled by this absolute lack of accountability. I hereby request:
1. An immediate, definitive status update and an unconditional delivery timeline for my vehicle.
2. A full reimbursement of the Rs. 500 penalty incurred solely due to OLA staff’s misconduct (receipt attached).

Your Ola S1 Pro Gen 1 has been sitting at the OLA Service Centre, Pappanamcode, Thiruvananthapuram since 5th March under Ticket #11808152 — that is over 80 days with absolutely zero communication from their end. Every service call you have made has been completely ignored, and there has been no update whatsoever on when your vehicle will be delivered back to you.

What makes this case even more serious is that while your vehicle was in OLA's custody, their staff negligently parked it illegally on a public road, resulting in an MVD fine of ₹500 — which you were forced to pay out of your own pocket for something that was entirely their fault.

You are rightfully seeking a clear delivery timeline for your vehicle and a full reimbursement of the ₹500 fine that arose solely because of their staff's carelessness.
