"I purchased an Ola vehicle eight months ago. Since then, I have faced a recurring issue with the brake sensor. Despite having it repaired five separate times, the problem has not been resolved.

Due to this persistent brake failure, I was involved in a serious accident and narrowly escaped with my life. As a result of this incident, I have been unable to attend work, leading to a total financial loss of ₹2,00,000.

I am hereby requesting that formal action be taken against Ola Electric. I am also seeking appropriate compensation for the physical danger, mental distress, and the significant loss of income I have suffered."
