I have purchased ola scooter before 3 Year, in this 3 year i have visited ola service center for 3 to 4 times, 15km long from my location, not a single time i got proper response from ola service center.

Now this time, on 27th of October 2025 I called the ola service center to book my appointment for the nearest service center as the scooter is unable to be in drive mode, ola service center provided an appointment for (Today) 29th October 2025.
I visited the ola service center (Surat (Adajan),Gujarat) in the morning, without diagnosing the problem, the service engineer (Ghanshyambhai) told me there is a problem with LV Cable. It will take a minimum 20 to 30 days to resolve the issue, because they don't have spare parts (LV Cable) in the service center. Once they receive parts they will call me and resolve the issue. This product is covered under my extended warranty. So I agreed with him and asked him to do further process, they made a job card and i left the service center.
I felt something was wrong, so I visited a local service center (Unauthorized) just opposite of this ola authorized service center (Adajan , Surat.) they said they have the original LV cable with them and the cost is 2500 Rs., but as per their diagnose there is a problem with MCU not LV Cable, and they local service center have also Original MCU which cost is 22000 Rs.
Now the problem is, as per my knowledge Ola Electric is not selling original parts to local vendors or etc. so how they got all original spare parts and why authorized service centers don't have parts and ask customers to wait for 1 month.
So after research i got to know that all this whole fraud is being carried out from all's Ola Authorized Service Center. They sell the original parts to local vendors and make the customer wait for a long time. That local vendor called the authorized service center (Ashwinbhai - Service Engineer) and asked about parts (LV Cable) and within 2 minute local vendor arranged this cable from this Technician Ashwinbhai, now i hope you all understand how this fraud is running.
Now, after cross checking with this LV Cable still the problem is not resolved and the local engineer said there is no LV Cable problem, there is a problem with MCU. Now the question is without diagnosing the scooter how can ola authorized service center told me LV Cable Problem, and this is not enough i have some words with him and ask him what would you do if you found after 30 days that actual problem was something else, then he simple answer me(Ghanshyambhai), you need to wait for more 2 month for MCU. This is How Ola Authorized Service Center Providing Service.
That local vendor has a huge stock of all original Ola spare parts then this authorized service center.
