Dear Ola Electric Customer Support Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unsatisfactory service experience I have had with my Ola electric scooter.

My Scooter Details:

  • Model: OLA S1 AIR GEN 1
  • Vehicle Registration Number: KA32HF1905
  • Chassis Number (Optional, but helpful): P53AUDCACJA00279
  • Date of Purchase: 13-AUG-2023
Service/Complaint Details:

  • Service Request/Ticket Number (if any): 09635560
  • Date of Service Request: 23-AUG-2025
  • Location of Service (Service Center Name): PLOT #18, SY#71/1A , NEW JEWARGI ROAD, STATE BANK COLONY, KALABURAGI -585102
Detailed Description of the Issue:

getting popup message in scooter screen that "update your scooter to MOVE OS5" so i have clicked on update option with better wifi connection , after clicking suddenly screen got off and nothing is visible on screen and bike got no response while we touch on screen so i contacted the Ola service person they said to try restarting once i have tried but scooter not responding , they said to bring scooter to service Center ,so on 06-sep-2025 11:33AM, i carried out my scooter with the help of third party toeing services , and done scooter check in on that day ( ON CHECK-IN TIME MY BIKE HAS CHARGING OF 35%)

  • I was initially given an estimated time of [2 days], but the scooter has not been returned. It has now been [80 ] days without a proper resolution or clear update on the repair status. The delay is causing significant inconvenience for my daily commute."
daily i am visiting to OLA service center , service center remains close only since from 50 days sometimes employees will open the shutter and they say service center is closed we are not doing service,
  • I request the following immediate action:
    1. An urgent escalation and resolution of my service issue.
    2. A clear timeline for the completion of the service and return of my scooter.
    3. Confirmation that the fault will be rectified completely.
  • note :- I need replacement of vehicle or a spare vehicle till my scooter got repair
  • as per condition mentioned on user manuals my scooter is in under warranty both vehicle components and battery also

on guidance of ola manager from Gulbarga they said to send scooter to Bijapur service center, but now they are saying Bijapur service center is now shifting I got message so please take action immediate
