This is to bring To your notice that I have dropped my OLA S1 AIR to service station on NOVEMBER 11 2025 as to vehicle not starting. The service center informed that the Controller has to be replace. Since the vehicle is under warranty, i asked them to proceed ahead.
Today is 19/01/2026 and i am yet to get any kind of response from OLA, as in when will i get the delivery of my vehicle.
I have raised many support tickets to the OLA SUPPORT MAIL ID AS WELL AS VIA TOLL FREE NUMBER.
I am facing Monetary loss in payment of petrol charges. I am using A friends vehicle past 3 months.
Kindly give a resolution for this.
Which way can i proceed further to get my vehicle back from them.
