am sending this mail here to make a complaint. That is, on the morning of the 30th, my vehicle KL 85 C 1331 OLA S1 PRO GEN 2. Complaining means that the vehicle is turning on but not moving forward. I complained about it and no one came. Okay, maybe it will be busy. So I paid Rs. 1000 and called an auto and brought the vehicle. When the advisor from the showroom asked what the complaint was, I said that I cannot drive the vehicle. He wrote down the scooter number and said he would call from here. When I went for 2 days, the scooter was outside the gate outside the Ola showroom. I went for 2 days to pick up the car and put it inside, but they didn't even do that. After that, the staff came and scanned it and said that the MCU was showing 0 and said that if there is warranty, it is ready. They said that it will be ready in 2 days and then they said that they will call for the job card after a while, but no one called. On 3 days, I had to come and take the job card. Now I don't know when I will get the scooter repaired. Ola claims hyper service but the services are not being provided. What should I do? I want to get my scooter repaired.sent me reply? Sir now total 18 days not even checked scooter 
.you do one thing pls give our money back 147000/ .now 18 days I'm going one petrol scooter 4500/ petrol usage . 18days ola scooter at showroom no response showroom techition I'm comoalinting against you your owner bawishagar wall . Some one money is your happy .no proper service and no techition . Give compansation ?
