I ordered a watch on 09 Aug 25 through Infinty online shopping portal powered by shiprocket through Instagram with order No ic# 6910, which was 14 Aug 25 however the delivered product is entirely different from being ordered. Several attempt were made to contact the seller through contact information provided however all efforts gone to vein with no contact on provided number and no replay to the email. The seller defines the 07 day refund policy on the portal.
Therefore I request a strict action may me initiated against such fraud sellers.
