Hi Sir / Madam,
I am Mohan Chitturi from Amalapuram
Recently I made a purchase in a website called Zentra
The purchase is premium fidget spinner collection of an amount of ₹.799
The order date is 26th of August 2025
I had received the delivery today i.e 3 September 2025,
The parcel box was filled with paper waste and a plastic bottle.
No one responded from the website customer care email.
