I placed an order with UberDecor for the GloryArch Grid Full Mirror on Jul 31st 2025 (Order #1960) with initial amount payment of ₹8499 paid online in advance via phonepe Pay. Despite repeated follow-ups through calls, messages, and Instagram communications, the seller initially responded, attributing the delay to the production. However, they have now ceased all communication and have neither delivered the product nor processed my refund.
Given the prolonged delay, unresponsiveness, and overall poor customer service, I request a full refund immediately. Furthermore, I would like to file an official complaint against UberDecor to alert others and prevent them from being deceived by this fraudulent company.
