I would like to file a complaint against NEPENTHE COFFEE AND CHOCOLATES PRIVATE LIMITED (Ditch The Guilt) regarding non-delivery of an order despite successful payment and order confirmation.

I placed an order on Thursday, 22 January, and received an email confirmation with the following details:
  • Order Number: 6725
  • Items Ordered:
    • Biscoff Protein Brownie (40g)
    • Nutella Protein Brownie (40g)
    • Sugar-Free High Protein Brownies
  • Total Amount Paid: ₹150
  • Order Status: Confirmed
Although the order was successfully placed and confirmed, I have not received the product till date. There has been no delivery update, tracking information, or further communication from the seller via email, message, or app.

This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice, as the seller accepted payment, confirmed the order, but failed to deliver the goods or provide any delivery timeline.

I request the Honorable Consumer Forum to kindly:
  1. Direct the seller to deliver the order immediately,
    OR
  2. Provide a full refund of ₹150 along with appropriate compensation for inconvenience.

I am attaching proof of payment and order confirmation email for reference.


Kindly take necessary action at the earliest.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
