I ordered 3 rakhi and 2 packets of kaju katli order id - ( 213598087214696)and another 2 rakhi from Instamart for my cousins in Bangalore. It showed that 3 rakhi and 2 packets of kaju katli was delivered but the another 2 rakhi was cancelled 2 times because of the delivery boy they reached wrong address again and again even the address given was totally correct. I frustrated that time so I was not asking my cousins for the 1st ordered that you got the product aur not. Then after rakhi after 24 hours when I was free and asked them about rakhi and sweets they say that they didn't received any product. Then I emailed to Instamart about the wrong address delivery 1st they didn't respond and then they said that they can't do anything about it. I just want my refund nothing else.
