I would like to raise formal complaint regarding the fraud, highly unprofessional conduct of Otipy and customer support team.
- Mis-selling of Membership & False Promises
- On 9 May, I was convinced by Otipy sales executive to activate a Dailyfresh membership and load ₹749 into the wallet.
- Within a few days of activation, I was informed that Noida had become unserviceable, making the membership unusable.
- Despite this, the membership was still sold to me even though your team already knew that the service in Noida was being discontinued.
- Multiple Refund Requests Ignored
- I immediately requested cancellation and refund, and was assured I would receive it within a few weeks.
- No refund has been processed till date, and no proactive communication has been made.
- Wallet Balance Refund Delayed (₹1654)
- On 13 September 2025, I formally requested a refund of the additional wallet amount of ₹1654.
- I was told it would take 60–90 days, but even after this period passed, there was no update.
- On 15 September 2025, otipy support team responded that the refund was “initiated” and would take a few more weeks due to internal processes.
- Till 31 December 2025, despite multiple follow‑ups, the refund had still not been issued.
- Pattern of Cheating and False Commitments
- Membership was sold even when the service area was no longer covered.
- Multiple refund timelines were promised but never honored.
- No transparency, no updates, and repeated delays despite continuous follow‑ups.
- This clearly indicates fraud, misrepresentation, unfair business practices, and failure to provide promised services.
