This is bring to your kind notice that I have booked a parcel from your Rapido which was accepted and picked up by Rider- Moon, Contact No.- 8102811352, Vehicle registration no.- JH01FG8972 on 16 FEB 2026 at 03:00PM. The parcel contained 1 set of coat-pant and 1 pair of shoes whose total value was approximately Rs. 30000.

After pickup the rider went on a alter route which was different from the original route and did not move after a point. Several calls were made but he did not respond. Text messages were sent via app but he didn't respond.
Customer support on the app was approached but no response received. Support from local office was also not adequate. Contacted nodal officer on the same day and sent all the proofs and invoice of the parcel for reimbursement process but after that till date no response has been received anfet several follow ups from my end.
