Hi,
this is Khushi and this complaint is regarding my oppo f27 pro +. I am using this handset from 6 months and i had fallen down on road during rains so I had to claim my insurance and my device was picked up after paying the service charges. But when I submitted my device and the front camera and fingerprint was working but after the device got repaired both the things stopped working and after coordinating with the team i am getting only false statement and commitment and no response from them I would like to take this seriously and file a case on the company.
