I have visited Shillong on 17 Feb 2026 and book photographer services from Mr. Sentry Nolan from nongthymmal shillong, mob no 8761943303 and he clicked pictures and videos. I have made the full payment and this person is not delivering my all photos and videos and also he intentionally not receiving my calls and not responding my message and his services were pathetic and he asked for full payment for delivering the pictures. Also without my consent he post a video my mine on Instagram and he is really rude and ill mannered. Refund my money or ask him to deliver my all photos and videos.
