I had place an order on Myntra for 1422 (a green shirt), the product delivered did not match the image displayed in the page. I initiated a return. Myntra sent the wrong product for pickup to the agent (black pant) which I have never purchased from the site. The return failed and I had to contact Myntra support, Escalation desk and send an email to Myntra Grievance Team. My Money was held back by Myntra during this period.
Finally when the product was picked up, I was refunded only 1399 and they held back the platform fee of 23/-

Myntra states in the FAQ : If a customer cancels an order partially or returns an order, platform charges will not be refunded.
How is it ethical if the product delivered is not matching the image shown and Myntra holds on the the platform fee.
