I placed an order with UberDecor for the GloryArch Grid Full Mirror on Jul 31st 2025 (Order #1960) with payment of ₹8499, paid online in advance via phonepe. Despite repeated follow-ups through calls, messages, and all communications, the seller initially responded, attributing the delay by saying it’s in production unit and was getting the same response for more than 3 weeks . However, they have now ceased all communication and have neither delivered the product nor processed my refund and attending my calls or neither responding to my msg in WhatsApp. As i come through this online customer complaint portal and I could see already more no of complaints register against this company for doing such fradulant activity and playing with customer money.
Given the prolonged delay, unresponsiveness, and overall poor customer service, I request a full refund immediately. Furthermore, I would like to file an official complaint against UberDecor to alert others and prevent them from being deceived by this fraudulent company.
