this is bajrangi writing this complain regarding myntra i had ordered a watch name tissot which i didnot like so i request a return but and they give return request to bluedart courier company but bluedart is not accepting the parcel they are saying from myntra they are getting just watch box photo not watch photo on basis they are not accepting i said you can verify in my myntra account that this is watch then also he is not accepting my parcel and bluedart company just cancelling my request without coming to doorstep and not taking action also regarding box photo i compalined on myntra they are giving me just time 2 working days 3 working days not proper answer i just said to myntra customer care that please send bluedart watch photo not box photo than also again and again they are sending box photo and bluedart is rejecting i also said myntra to change my courier agency they are not doing this also my Myntra! [Incident: IN26012221330401107084] is this in this i am contacting with them i had called them more than 10 times and email more than 5 times but still they are repeating same mistake again and again.
i had raised return on 14 jan 2026 but still my issue is not resolved i request you to take strick action againts myntra and bluedart both.
