Purchased this product from Croma. Product was delivered on time but the installation was delayed for 4 to 5 days due to wrong address was shared by Croma store. Now the product stopped working from last 3 days, raised compliant and given service request and also informed croma service team (helpdesk). Finally a technician called me and said your area is not in our reach, another technician called me and said I'll come tomorrow. Totally frustrated one month EMI also deducted, paid EMI and not been able to use the product for atleast 1 month even the product is under warranty pathetic service from Croma and Eureka Forbes.
