I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding fraudulent activity associated with a group operating under the name “Rudra,” which appears to be linked to a scam involving "Cuba CCTV camera" deals.

Details of the Scam:


  • The individual or group calls themselves Rudra.
  • They are offering a 50% discount in exchange for positive reviews of CCTV cameras.
  • The process they follow:
    1. Share deals from purported "sellers."
    2. Ask customers to make payments.
    3. Once the reviews are posted, they disappear—no delivery, no refund.

This behavior clearly indicates a fraudulent operation: offering a deal in exchange for reviews, requesting payment, then vanishing without fulfilling the order.
