Dear Team,
I am raising the complaint for regarding making wrong teft case report on Consumer number :-310050000060 and its meter owner is my father Mr.Devram Bhagaji Dagale.
I have also another meter which submitted to our Vasind office presense of Mr.Nitin Pagare (Jr.Enginner MSEB) due to some technical issue on october 24th 2025. Consumer No:-310052003040 (Mr.Damodar Devram Dagale)
Afer few days Mr.Nitin Pagare visited my house and checked the my homes electrical connections and make the report of the teft case on November 4th 2025.
I have connect the my home power cable to direct load .Consumer No:-310052003040 (Mr.Damodar Devram Dagale).
But my father meter is available since 30-35 years and no any teft electricity we use on this meter from 35 years.( Consumer number :-310050000060 )and its meter owner is my father Mr.Devram Bhagaji Dagale.
Mr. Nitin Pagare make wrong electricity teft case on my father consumar number.
I have visited to our Shahapur MSEB Subdivision office and meet to our honorable deputy engineer Mr.Roy Sir and told him regarding this matter also no any responce give to me.
I have received bill of teft case from latst month Rs.40870 from our MSEB subdivision office shahapur.
Mr.Nitin Pagare same day checked the some homes at my Katbaw village but he was not make proper reports against thems because he charged tentative them like 5000,12000,9000,25000 fine in rupees .
Because they have not meters connection since 35 years so and they was use free electricity till date.
Mr.Nitin Pagare and our family no any fight matter so why he make the fraud teft case on our meter?
I have asking above question to MSEB office with the presence of our Deputy Enginner but they not responding me.
80% Homes at my Katbaw Village using teft electricity since 30 to 35 years ,so why Mr.Nitin Pagare not taken corrective action against thems?
I request to MSEB team kindly plan to visit my home with another team also invite on same day to Mr.Nitin Pagare(Jr.Enginneer Vasind) and do the proper survey of my home in any wrong connection found during survey then take strict action on us.
