I have ordered a tshirt from zara and Received it on 02/08/2025 and i have received an item which is of non-zara and used item without tags and all i have intiated the refund and sent the product back and they are deneying my refund saying this is non zara article ( i have sent what i have received ) but they are not returning my money why should i loose my money because of them.
