Hi I initiated refund request on 28th October
and despite the status showing as “completed,” I have not received the amount in my account. The total refund due is ₹4107 which is not a small sum to overlook.

I have reached out multiple times to their support team via email, sharing all relevant payment details and screenshots. However, their responses have been automated and unhelpful, with no actual resolution or follow-up. On 1st November, they even sent a mail claiming the issue was “resolved,” but that is completely untrue.

It has now been several days with no refund credited and no concrete update from their side. This reflects extremely poor customer service and lack of accountability. Pls help…
