I, am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Colive, specifically with regard to a recent booking I made at their property Colive Benetton 602, Electronic City, Bangalore. Despite my expectations based on their official website visuals and description, the actual condition of the property upon my arrival was entirely different and misrepresented.

Stated Check-in Date (in e-agreement): 29/05/2025
Actual Date Communicated by Me: 31/05/2025
Deposit Paid: ₹9,522 + ₹2,000 (pre-booking amount)
Total Amount Paid: ₹11,522
Issue: The property did not match the visuals or description shown on the official platform. I have not stayed at the property even for a day.
Promise Made: The deposit and booking amount would be fully refundable if I chose not to stay.
Despite this, I have made several unsuccessful attempts to get the refund:
Calls to Colive’s toll-free number are routinely ignored.
I personally visited their corporate office and waited for over three hours, only to be told by a representative that the refund would be processed “soon.”
No follow-up or refund has been issued to date.
The booking agent, Mr. Hussain, has also stopped responding to calls.
I have attached relevant documents and screenshots of the booking and payment as proof.
Request for Redressal:
I seek your assistance in directing Colive to:
Refund the full amount of ₹11,522 (₹9,522 + ₹2,000) immediately.
Take appropriate action against such misleading business practices.
This experience has caused me unnecessary stress and financial loss. I respectfully urge the Hon’ble Forum to treat this as a matter of urgency.
