An order was placed on 31 oct 2024 o blinkit with order id as ORD779821616
I had paid twice by mistake for the same order with amount 335. One of the payment was made to blinkit’s account directly by mistake, It was because of long processing but amount has already been credited to blinkit, as a proof I am sharing the transaction ids here
1: 430537131621 via UPI from axis bank( seema dobhal)
2:430555548534 via UPI from sbi bank account( seema dobhal)
Now even after writing them again and agin blinkit is not even bothered to check and is continuously sending same reply like autogenerated message.
Now I want my money back, as a proof two files of transaction are been shared here.
Looking forward for a genuine solution.
