I have purchase the bike from ola on first October 2025 and its being more than 9 days that I have not been mouth as my bike is delivered to me on ola server and I got my physical delivery like 4 days ago and now the problem I am facing is that I am not able to ride my bike more than 30 km and my bike is locked beyond going over that limit so I want to open my range for this bike and and get myself delivered marked on their app so that my range gets open and I can drive this vehicle and because of failure of delivery from the server it be more than 5 days I am getting like going through public transport and all and I am facing use expenses in my daily travel in allowance
 
Write an Official Email Complaint

Raise Grievance on Social Media
  • Post your issue tagging @olaelectric on Twitter or Facebook with all details.

Consumer Complaint
  • If no resolution happens in 7 days, file a complaint with the consumer forum or consumer court citing deficiency of service and loss of daily commute expenses.
