It is very disappointing experience with Reliance General insurance, premium paid as said my the agent Shrishti and his supervisor Gurudayal of 19500 for Health Insurance on 14th June but no policy or refund received till date inspite of putting multiple mails and escalations. As this has moved to Indusind ,looks like no one in really bothered
This company on inbound number has automated IVR which does not have option for customers who have paid premium but not received policy, absolutely disgusting service and with this experience in the onboarding ,I am happy have not received the policy as I don't want to enter into relationship with such company that does not care about its customers
