I have sent the below email to HSBC on 10th but I am not getting any resolution. I am very upset and making this complaint. Please take action on this so that I get a resolution quickly.
Hi,
Writing mail for loan no-HSBC -1001082735597455 which is from HSBC Bank , As per Cibil Data it is showing that loan is written off from HSBC Bank and no payment was done of hsbc loan no.
Request to kindly check with your database i have never applied or Taken any loan from HSBC . As per Cibil loan is written off in the Year 2001 but i have made my Pan card on the Year 2015 . then how is it possible that Loan default is showing which was not showing earlier all of suddenly laon default is showing.
Request to kindly check and Provide solutions if any particular details is required kindly inform me .
