Record of Facts
- The product was delivered in a damaged / used condition, rendering it defective and unfit for use at the time of delivery.
- The complaint was raised immediately, and all required evidence was submitted and acknowledged by AJIO.
- AJIO had already committed to a resolution on or before 26th February 2026, which has long passed.
- Despite this, no refund, pickup, or resolution has been initiated, and my funds continue to be unlawfully retained.
Legal Position (Non-Negotiable)
- Repeated delays after a committed resolution date constitute continued deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
- Your statement that “as per policy, we are unable to provide compensation” is legally untenable.
Internal company policy cannot override statutory consumer rights. - Compensation for mental harassment is a statutory remedy, determined by the Consumer Forum—not by AJIO’s internal policies.
