I’m facing an issue with the reverse pickup for the below order. The item has already been picked up, but the refund is not processed and the app is showing the return as cancelled.

I have a video recording confirming the pickup, and the delivery executive also confirmed he would update the status after reaching the hub. However, the return now shows as cancelled.

I returned the item due to quality issues. Sharing the pickup recording and vehicle number for your reference. Request you to please check and update on this at the earliest.
