I bought a TV from Samsung authorised store Vishal Enterprise, with warranty and extended warranty of 60 months, on 8 Oct 22. The TV suddenly stopped working and the company engineer visited on 30 Jan 26, he mentioned the screen needs to be replaced which would cost around 1.5 lakhs but it will be covered under warranty. Then in a few days I got a call from company saying screen isn’t available. And they will replace the tv. Again called saying tv isn’t available either so they’ll give us a coupon so we can buy a new one. Now they have proposed coupon worth half the amount of bill which is around ₹ 77000 while my bill amount is ₹144900.
Now how do I expect such an expensive product to stop working so soon, and how do I accept such half price coupon when it’s the company fault for not having spare parts or replacement product. I request a fair refund amount. This half price is not fair. Please help us for the same
