My name is Satnam Kaur Bhatia, and I have held an account with your bank since August 18, 2017, at the Vishnu Garden branch account no : 003051400000132. For the past five years, my savings have been stuck, and the branch staff has repeatedly given me false promises.

As a senior citizen with no other source of income, my savings with your bank are all I have. I have now reached a point where I cannot afford my medical expenses and bills. I urgently need my money released.

Please advise whose fault it is when a forgery is committed by bank employees/Directors. What kind of inquiry has been ongoing for the last 5-6 years without any conclusion?

In the last few days, I have noticed that the Vishnu Garden branch is closed, and it has come to my attention that the staff has allegedly sold off the bank's inventory and disappeared. I implore you to assist those of us who are elderly and without any other means of income.

If it is not possible to release the entire amount, please clear the insured amount as per RBI's (Reserve Bank of India) guidelines.

Sincerely,
Satnam Kaur Bhatia
