Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to bring to your notice that some agents claiming that they are Employees of Bajaj Finance and are Mr. Rakesh (8826492969) Advisor / Ms. Kavya (9540181082) Advisor/ Mr. Nikhil Agrawal (01145534685) Accounts Deptt.
They have called me on dated 23-Aug-2024 and offered to get a loan of Rs. 8Lakh against Insurance Policy for which they offered me to buy the policy through Bharti Axa & shared a link to further process.
During that process to get the insurance policy I have gone through various verification steps and at last payment of Rs. 55999.00 is made by me as per attached payment receipt.
On dated 17-Sep-2024 after receiving Policy No. 504-2607886 (Bharti AXA) I called Ms. Kavya to Disburse the loan amount on which she said that File is already submitted further for Payment but till date I have not received any payment.
So I came to know through internet sources that these agents are cheating by providing insurance from any company by offering Loan against policy & they will get in contact with you till the Freelook up period of the respective policy. Because after freelook up period you cannot cancel the policy and they will do their job perfectly.
So this is a clear case of Cheating by providing policy to me against offering Loan against policy.
I request you to kindly support me in this case since I have borrowed this money from someone and paid the premium of Rs. 55999.00.
I have attached the complete whatsapp conversation from offering a Loan against policy and upto payments made by me.
Please support me to get the premium refund paid by me to get the forced policy by fake agents.

They have called me on dated 21-Aug-2024 and offered to get a loan of Rs. 8 Lakh against Insurance Policy for which they offered me to buy the policy through Pramerica Life Insurance & shared a link to further process.
During that process to get the insurance policy I have gone through various verification steps and at last payment of Rs. 62000.00 is made by me as per attached payment receipt dated 21-Sep-2024.
On dated 25-Sep-2024 after receiving Policy No. 00883300 (RockSolid Future) I called Mr. Rakesh to Disburse the loan amount on which he said that on gurranter updater Payment will be released immediately but till date I have not received any payment.
So I came to know through internet sources that these agents are cheating by providing insurance from any company by offering Loan against policy & they will get in contact with you till the Freelook up period of the respective policy. Because after freelook up period you cannot cancel the policy and they will do their job perfectly.
So this is a clear case of Cheating by providing policy to me against offering Loan against policy.
I request you to kindly support me in this case since I have borrowed this money from someone and paid the premium of Rs. 62000.00.

I have raised complaints for both policies on official mail id's to refund the policy amount as these policies were sold to me with misleading by stating that I will be receiving loan against policy. These policies were sold to me by Zopper fuses insurance.
I have also written mail to surrender the policy but no one has provided me a satisfactory answer & resolution of the same.
So I request you to support me in this situation where I am struggling with financial loss of Rs. 1.32 Lakhs due to both policies are sold by some agents by false communication.
