I order samsung 55 inch TV from flipkart on 25th september 2025 and was expected to be delivered by 29th september. On the day of delivery i contacted delivery agent multiple times and he kept telling me that he will come in an hour, at 9PM he called me saying that he will not deliver the product as his phone is about to be discharged. As soon as he ended the call app reflected delivery date as 1st Oct (1 day gap). I raised complaint on 29th and a resolution was promised by 1st october but nothing happened, On 1st october i got resolution date by 3rd oct then on 5th oct then on 4th oct then on 6th october. Every time i called customer support they always kept on repeating same line that your complained has been escalated and please wait for 48hours (even after waiting for 120+ hours). Customer care is unable to give any detail on seller, they said that they dont have any authority to share it, they cant share what action they took against seller or delivery agent, they cant even let me talk to a senior executive. All they say every time is backend team is working on it and we can not cancel your order. They are not even cancelling my order since it is out for delivery and seller is not delivering my product. My money is stuck and no one is taking any action.

On 3rd oct i contacted customer care again, but they told me that they will only give an update after 48 hours (not refund but an update if seller has approved refund or not), they are not taking any strict action against the seller and waiting for him to approve refund for my own hard earner money. Till date i have no update on my order and my money.

This scam is happening openly.

What is the current status of the complaint ??
 
Got a call from flipkart support 4-5 times, they have manually forwarded refund request to seller with my bank details. Expecting initiate of refund by 8th oct and reflection of amount in account by 5 working days post 8th as per their communication. I will have ti wait till 8th for confirmation.

Update: It has been more than 72 hours since they promised me a resolution that refund will be initiated. Their customer service support is so poor every time i called today they straight away said please wait for 24-48 hours. They have no update on refund, no senior staff available to talk to. Every time all i am getting is a new resolution date but nothing on why seller is taking so long to transfer my own money. Delivery team has marked the status under stuck so that no one is able to cancel it.

Ohk brother but flipkart is trusted app and this seller is also trusted seller ke ratings achhe hai or vo 5 saal se hai agar koi scammer hota to 5 saal nahi tikega wait kr tu kya pta unke pass vo stock available naa ho vo or kahi se tere liye arrenge krre ho dekh le bhai ab mere ko experience to nahi hai

There are multiple videos on youtube about such scams, but i will delete flipkart app for sure. Dont want to humiliate myself mentally again.

32LR600B6LC""" product from Flipkart but the order was not shipped or delivered.The order was supposed to be delivered on 11 Oct, I told Flipkart help they said to cancel the order but I didn't cancel. The next day it was automatically cancelled.And a message comes from Flipkart that your query has been successfully resolved.
