I have taken services from Colive, at CJ Central Wakad from Jan 2024 to Mar 2024. I have rented a room at wakad colive property. I left property on 31 mar 2024 and well communincated and noted to Colive site Operation manager. I have paid dues as on date of my leaving, After separation invoice was generated on 16 April 2024. The Charges are my electricity dues, and separation charges and also they ahve added 1 month extra rent for April Month which i have not stayed even in the property. I am following chasing Colive team for dues clearance and to refund my secuirty. Colive team is not responding on time after many reminder they send me a threat of legal notice and aabout to pay 50000 extra if i have taken a legal route. Now evven afteer 2 years still the concern is pending. I have given all the possible option for closure but reposnse on time is a big concern with COlive. I have asked to deduct the amount from my security and refund balance security back to me. I also told i will pay the dues and than they can refund the secuirty amount, I also communicated to close the concern i will not raise for my security and close it once for all. But Now they have sent a mail of Legal notice threat, again I have replied but no one is resoling over phone. I have all my communication chain mail and also the discussion record which i have done along with property operation manager at wakad. Many communication i have with the finanance controller, they all told the matter will be reoslved, they have communicated to Colive head office. But its all words nothing is going on.
