I am an order from Amazon application on 11 Aug 2025 (Order #171-9391928-2221916) which delivered late and was bad quality product. I made return request and return pick date was provided was 15 Sep 2025. Today it’s 20 Feb 2026, but till now no one came to pick up product. I want resolution for this and I want my amount refund.
