I have purchase a Komaki MG Pro from the shop.komaki.in with the help of their online sales team namely Piyush, who assured me to deliver a neat and clean scooty, after making the payment, they stopped responding my calls and messages on WhatsApp, after too many efforts they sent me a scooty through a third party transporter without giving proper address and location. When I got the vehicle it was in good condition from the outside, but when I started unpacking the vehicle it was wrapped in a wet cardboard, after removing the wet packing I found that the bubble wraps are there but when I removed the bubble wraps it was scratched vehicle, also the left side handle was damaged. Thereafter, I did nothing and sent the video and images of the vehicle to transporter and Komaki Concern Persons, since then I have been following up with them but not getting any response, all the customer support numbers are taking too much time to connect as well as only sales support works but customer support does not work. This company is a fraud company with a complete team of fraudsters. All emails and mobile number mentioned are just formalities. Please help me out to get rid of the situation.

Thread 'Urgent: Compensation Claim for Defective Komaki M16 Bike & Unprofessional Customer Service - Order #9361'

On January 2025 I had made an online purchase and paid using my Axis bank credit card and placed an order for M16 bike from shop.komaki.in. my order number is 9361 confirmation email attached.
After that they stopped responding over calls sometimes, they replied to my messages, they also delayed the vehicle delivery initially I was promised it will be dispatched on 18th January, but without updating me on the delay they dispatched it on 21 January 2025 from Delhi.
I had written an email and got a response to the delayed delivery copy attached for reference.
Vehicle was packed and got...

I am Avijit Kundu (Contact Number :8956187974) ordered an komaki electric vehicle xr7 on the 18th of September 2025 (order number : #134849).On October 3rd , Sales person Rohit Bhandari asked me to cancel the order to get the refund as Komaki Company is not able to deliver the xr7 scooty because of spare parts issue . I sent an email to the Komaki customer care for a refund of the 93249 rupees on October 6 , 2025 and followed up with them almost every day . The Komaki team did not refund my booking amount and also did not share any timeline to provide me the refund till now . They blocked my 93249 rupees amount without any reason....
