My name is akash gawali from lahavit. I was purchased Vivo v19pro five years ago and recently my mobile fall from bike and broke display combo then I contact a Vivo authorised service centre in nashik they told me they won't be able to provide a display combo of this particular model if they already told that they won't be able to provide spare parts of this model in future I don't go for it my important data in these mobile how do I recover it .
