Kindly note that the machine is still under warranty, and I have all the necessary purchase documents. Due to this delay and incorrect handling of my service request, my washing machine has remained non-functional for almost a month, causing great inconvenience. I request you to: Immediately arrange for the replacement of the required spare parts. Take necessary action against the service person who provided false information.
