Domino's recently humiliated me
On 18th October I ordered pizza for my daughters they accepted my order ordered no 78 I clearly mention my home address
After 30 minutes they denied for the delivery and said that we can't deliver your order I said I am not at home please deliver this pizza as it is for my children then they said that it will take 1 hour to deliver pizza, I had no option so I accepted that, and I said please deliver in 1 hour,
After 30 minutes again i got a call and now they said we can't deliver your pizza
My pizza was prepaid no refund and no delivery done by dominos 23 October 2025 I complain on guestfeedback
I got reply on mail that they will contact me within 24 hours, but I haven't received any call to resolve this
I was complaining again and again but no action taken by dominos,
After 13 days when I was repeatedly complaining on mail I got a call that person is asking that what happened I detailed everything he said I will talk to relevant branch relevant Domino's branch will call me and apologize for that, but no call and no apologies and they closed my complain without my consent just refund my paid amount this humiliation is can't explainable
Very shamefull and harassing behavior of Domino's
