I paid ₹49,000 for a six-month nutrition package. No counselling session has been conducted and no structured nutrition plan has been provided. The only communication has been WhatsApp messages asking for meal updates. I requested termination and refund due to lack of commencement of core services and unprofessional conduct. The service provider is refusing refund. This amounts to deficiency of service and unfair retention of advance payment.
