I ordered 26 kgs of Sree BELL Special karnool Sona Masoori rice from blinkit app. When I open the rice bag the smell is not good but I thought after washing and cooking rice the smell will gone because there is no bugs and Packed date also 09/02/2026 only so I thought rice was good but after cooking also the smell remains same . So I called the customer care and said what happened but they refused for replacement and refund because I cooked some rice from 26 kg . The fact is I am unable to take pictures or video of the rice smell but every time I eat I feel why I am eating this kind of rice with Rs 1279 so I want justice.
