Purchase Sony TV model no. K55S25M2 from Vijay sales (Vikas Marg) on 17-08-2025 but at the time of installation technician installed the TV with wall mount bracket. When we asked to provide base stand, he tells us that company is providing only one stand you have to choose what you want either wall bracket or base stand, and it is company policy. Technician says if you want base stand then you have to pay Rs.2500 extra. We are asking for the thing that comes in box with TV in India and every company is providing that stand.

Kindly take necessary and strict action against Sony tv Company and Vijay sales as at time of purchase Vijay sales won't let us know the point that we are getting only one stand with this TV..

  • Request they honor your expectation or provide the base stand without extra cost.
  • Mention your intention to escalate the matter if not resolved.
  • If Sony India and Vijay Sales don’t resolve it, you can file a complaint with the Consumer Court citing:
    • Lack of disclosure of important product info at the time of sale.
    • Unfair trade practice and deficient service.
  • Seek refund of the extra amount or free provision of the base stand.
  • Sometimes, companies respond faster when complaints are public.
  • Post your issue on Sony India’s official social media pages tagging them.
  • Write reviews on platforms like Google, Facebook, or product review sites detailing your experience.
