28-04-2024 I purchased Haier 1.6 Ton 5S Spilt Ac from Arora Sales Corporation, Palwal and after some time, I faces cooling issue and complaint to Haier India Customer Care 8553049999 for colling issue and they arrange technician visit but issue not resolved and my complaint also close. From date of purchase to till today many times I complaint as per enclosed complaint list and every time they arrange technician visit but issue not resolved and complaint close. I also drop mail to Haier customer care as per enclosed but from their side also no support and issue not resolved. After that I contacted to Haier customer care also many time and all record available with me but their side also every time same reply that we are working and resolve the issue. Latest complaint by me on 30th March'25 for AC replacement but till now it's under approval. No response and daily extend the timeline. Now this AC is completely off from 30th March'2025.
I'm unable to attach backup documents as system showing server space issue.
