Dear consumser court,
I purchased my Ola vehicle from your Palarivattom showroom (22-5-25), but unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing from the very first day.
• After booking my vehicle, the staff did not respond properly to my calls and failed to provide clear updates.
• At the time of delivery, I was given an old, dirty, and used charger. When I tried charging my vehicle, it did not work.
• My friend went to the showroom to replace it, but the staff argued, behaved badly, and handed another charger, which also turned out to be faulty the same day.
• When we questioned them about this, the staff behaved rudely, pulled my friend’s T-shirt, and even physically attacked him.
• On top of this, the vehicle’s battery is draining abnormally fast, even when not in use, making it unreliable and unsafe for daily commuting.
This behavior and product quality are completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and unsafe. It has caused me great frustration and disappointment as a new Ola customer.
I kindly request you to:
1. Provide me with a brand new, vehicle or refund immediately.
2. Inspect and rectify the battery issue causing abnormal charge draining.
3. Take strict action against the Palarivattom showroom staff involved in this incident. His name is (Praful)
4. Ensure that such behavior is never repeated with any customer.
I hope Ola values its customers and resolves this issue at the earliest.
