My self Arif Sheikh from Nashik Maharashtra I have online ordered one of muslin work suit set for my wife from labelmishwa.com on 26th April 2025 and the suit was came at me on 03rd May 2025 but fabric quality was very poor so I connected with labelmishwa customer support mail id lablemishwa@gmail.com and asked for replacement of suit or refund my money Rs.1599/- they communicate with me through mails which is attached with this mail. as per their instructions I was returned that product and product was delivered in last Monday but they still not refunded my money Rs.1599/-. Please look in to and do the needful for this types of fraudulent sites.

I placed an order bearing Order No. ML67816 for a suit in a specific color as displayed on the seller’s website. However, the product delivered to me was entirely different from what was shown and promised at the time of purchase.





Upon noticing the discrepancy, I immediately contacted the seller via email. As per their instructions, I returned the incorrect product through courier. The return parcel has been successfully delivered to the seller.





Despite the product being returned and several follow-ups made by me, the seller has neither processed the refund nor provided any response or clarification. This prolonged delay and lack of communication has caused me financial loss, inconvenience, and mental harassment.
