Hello Team,
I have placed one order on 7th May at 5:16 PM,soon after realising I cancelled order at 5:19 that address marked is wrong and Swiggy charged me 982 full money as cancellation amount.And I received message over swiggy from restaurant that they are received my order just after my cancellation only.
Now Swiggy is putting across points that their order can be wasted and food can be spoiled after cancelling.Need to understand where in world some one can finish preparing food in 3 minutes when restautant only sent me message after my cancellation only.
There is huge gap in swiggy services, I have ordered dry cookies and a cake and I really dont think that these items can be spoiled and can be wasted.
Now after 3 days of their investigation they are claiming that delivery mam could not find my address, I dont know why delivery man will find my address when order was cancelled within 3 minutes of ordering.More over its a human mistake that sometimes we order to wrong address, we should given a window of at least 10 minutes to correct it.This is just a money making techniques in swiggy.some time they deliver stale food and some time they deliver after waiting of 1 hour when they claim order will reach in 30 minutes.We customer should also take orders for free then.They are just beating around the bush on the same and took my hard earned money.Please help!!
