Hi Team, I have ordered a food in Swiggy app and order was accepted but agent didn't delivered me the food. But he mentioned the status as delivered. Below is the attachment of order details. Even I connected with the customer support executives they are also not responding and in email they replied. So I want file a complaint against Swiggy app

We recommend that you first call the Swiggy customer care at "080-68422422" and also send an email to the customer care department of the Swiggy (support@swiggy.in), clearly outlining your concerns, mention the transection details and request to Refund the amount.

You can also send your feedback via registered post at Swiggy Head Office

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.

This step not only gives the Swiggy a chance to refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
