I am writing to file an official consumer complaint against Swiggy Instamart regarding a non-delivery of a prepaid order and lack of resolution despite multiple attempts to contact their support.
Despite the payment being successfully made, the order was never delivered to me. I raised the issue immediately on their app and website through their support chat and complaint system, but no effective action has been taken so far. The customer service was unhelpful and did not provide any refund or clear resolution.
I request the following relief:
Attached are screenshots and proofs of payment, order confirmation, and complaint.
I kindly request the Hon'ble authority to take strict action and ensure I receive justice.

I believe this constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
